Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • The service has not been substantially completed or delivered
  • The customer is not satisfied with the initial draft or concept
  • Payment was made through a valid payment method

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Consulting services after the consultation has been provided
  • Custom work after final approval and delivery
  • Services purchased during promotional or clearance sales
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Digital Wallet: 3-5 business days

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • A portion of the service has been completed satisfactorily
  • You have used a portion of a package deal
  • The refund is for a specific component that does not meet requirements

6. Refund Denials

We may deny a refund request if:

  • The refund request is made after 14 days of purchase
  • The service has been substantially completed
  • The customer has already received the full service or product
  • The purchase was made fraudulently

7. Revision Policy

All services include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard revision rate of Rs50 per revision.
